 Grant and his buddy Matt went to EFY at BYU in June.  They had a great time and these are the pics they took...

Special Olympics

 The week after school was out my awesome yw spent half of their Thursday at the Summer Special Olympics, held at Harriman HS.  They were awesome.  It was so hot and dry and the wind was crazy, but they cheered and escorted these wonderful Olympians to the starting line for the races.  The older kids stopped traffic at intersections for the cycling events (so I don't have pictures of them).  I had a couple people say how great it was to see the kids helping out and talking to the athletes!  It was a long but very rewarding day : )

Arrow of Light

 Ethan received his arrow of light in May.  A couple months before his birthday we pulled his book out and worked hard those two months to finish off the requirements.  Nice job buddy.  Our last scout.

end of school year stuff

 victor received an award for getting over 5 pins this year in wrestling.  Ana at the schools choir performance (Ethan was with a friend or cousin and opted out of going).

 Grant made it to state in the High Jump.  State was held at BYU.  He didn't make it far in High Jump, but Woodcross HS took 1st place in 4A High Schools!!!

 I had a very nice mothers day this year.  Troy had all the kids up and making stuff and I received a wonderful new pair of sun glasses!
