Today we decided to take the kids to a Ukrainian restaurant in SLC called Luybachka. We had meat and cabbage filled bread, good, salty but good. Borscht and Perogies with potato and ones with meat. We had some rice and meat rolled in cabbage leaves, and cheese in crepes with chocolate syrup on them. The kids had to wander around the little store, touching all the candy. The man who was cooking was from Romania. It was a fun afternoon, especially when Troy will make clay creatures for the kids to play with (last photo). Now to pay attention to the BYU vs UofU football game!
