Kia Ora!
So this week I've had a lot of TFW (That feeling when) moments so I will share those with you!
TFW the weather is bipolar so you have to carry a jacket and umbrella because it will rain for 1 hour then be sunny as for the next hour...
TFW you find an amazing Less Active family with two cute boys who haven't been baptized!! But then learn that they're in the area next to yours and you don't get to actually work with them...
TFW you go on exchanges with the sweetest human ever and have a really fun time meeting new people and learning from your STL!
I feel like my emails are getting shorter and shorter each week.. I like to blame it on the OTC since now 4 hours of every day is spent there. Hopefully there will be more exciting stories next week :)
For my spiritual thought, I'd like to share a short poem I wrote during sacrament.
Little child, as you touch
The bread placed softly to your tongue
Know our Saviour gave so much
To forgive our sins, each one
Little child, do you feel
The water in your plastic cup?
It means that Christ, a Prince, was real
And through his death our souls lift up
Little child, do you see
Your mother sitting deep in thought?
With her head bowed reverently,
She tries to think of what He taught
Little child, do you hear
The silence that takes over the room?
We think about our Saviour dear
Who stole our souls from hungered doom
Little child, do you know
That Christ asks us to be like you?
To take your sweetness, and your love
Each week our covenants renew
I love the Saviour and know he came to earth to die for each and every one of us because of his love for us. All we have to do is reach out and he will always lift us up.
I love love you all!! Sorry if I dont respond to anyone this week, it's been another busy p day Haha. Have a good one!
Sister Keller
